At Iriscart, your satisfaction is our top priority.We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations — which is why we offer an easy and transparent return, replacement, and refund policy. Please read this policy carefully to understand how returns and refunds work on our platform www.iriscart.in and Iriscart mobile app. 1. Eligibility for Returns You can request a return or replacement if: You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item The product you received is different from what was shown or described on Iriscart You received a product with missing parts or accessories To be eligible: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging All tags, labels, and invoices must be intact Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery 2. Non-Returnable Items Certain products are not eligible for return or refund, including: Perishable goods (groceries, food, etc.) Personal hygiene items (innerwear, cosmetics, etc.) Software, digital downloads, or gift cards Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page 3. Return Process Log in to your Iriscart account → Go to “My Orders.” Select the item you wish to return and click on “Return” or “Replace”. Choose the reason for return and upload clear product images (if applicable). Our support team will review the request and schedule a pickup within 2–5 working days. Please ensure the product is packed securely to avoid any transit damage. 4. Refund Process Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email/SMS.If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within: 3–5 business days for online payments (UPI, cards, wallets, etc.) 7–10 business days for bank transfers If your return is rejected (e.g. used or damaged product), the item will be shipped back to you. 5. Replacement Policy Replacement is subject to product availability. If the exact product is unavailable, you may choose a refund instead. Replacements follow the same pickup and inspection process as returns. 6. Cancellation Policy Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund. Once an order is shipped, you may refuse delivery or request a return after delivery. In case of cancellation after payment, refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days. 7. Damaged or Missing Products If your order is delivered damaged or incomplete: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@iriscart.in Share photos/videos of the product and packagingWe’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per your preference. 8.
